◊ Vendor Management – REA does NOT staff any maintenance personnel, this ensures that our fee’s can remain simple for an owner! We have established trustworthy and long term relationships with local vendors that will provide the best service for the most competitive pricing.
¤ Spending Limits – set by each home owner so you will know what to expect each month!
◊ Make-Ready “Turns” for all vacant units – Using our best judgement of the items needing attention between residents, we oversee this process with vendors to get the unit ready as soon as possible to limit any vacancy rent loss.
◊ Accounting – All funds are held in a secured trust account!
Owners will receive a copy of all accounting completed each month, along with original invoices for any vendor bills that were paid out.

◊ Summary Ejectment Court Proceedings (Evictions) – when necessary. REA is fully educated on Real Estate Law, including the necessary steps involving Summary Ejectment Cases. These situations can be extremely sensitive and REA takes them very seriously with intentions of getting the property returned to an owner with the least amount of rent loss and property damage as possible.
◊ Debt Collection Management →After a resident moves out, there can sometimes be damages or unpaid rent amounts that are higher than the collected security deposit. When this happens, REA is prepared to make every attempt to collect the balances still due to the owner. We will also utilize a debt collection program in place to help unpaid items gets reported and collected as soon as possible.
